Different Types Of Coaching?
We are International certified coaches and the philosophy is that we believe our clients to have all the answers within, we just provide a nurturing, safe space along with powerful questioning for the client to gain awareness. The other method which is different to coaching is mentoring, mentoring is more about solving problems together and brainstorming new strategies to deal with different stuations.
When Can I Expect Results?
Results are something we both want and need from the sessions, it is a gradual journey with progress points along way. Evidence tell us that it takes between 4-6 months for our bodies and minds to learn new behaviours.
Do You Offer Programs?
We do, we have many different ways we can work. We have clients who work session to session, some that want a program of 10 sessions all the way to people wanting to really change with sessions going for 12 months. We really want to arm you with the tools and let you get back to life.
Who Do We Work With?
We work with teenagers and adults. We tend to find that many teens who are diagnosed generally have a parent or relative who also has the condition.
